One to one coaching

Our aim in coaching is to bring clarity and simplicity to our clients to help them think differently about current and future challenges. Working in partnership with our clients we help to create the conditions in which they take responsibility for their self development and hold themselves accountable for their progress. We always start from the same fundamental principles: to use careful questioning and listening to create time and space for our clients to think clearly and critically for themselves. 

Our coaching approach is grounded in curiosity and empathy, but we are not afraid to challenge robustly, asking difficult questions and tackling challenging issues head-on when required. We start every coaching session by identifying goals and objectives and work with our clients methodically and strategically towards them; our clients typically finish a session or assignment with clear actions and next steps in mind.

Whether coaching through a transition into a new role, helping someone step up to the next level of leadership, addressing issues of confidence or simply working on finding the bandwidth to help people thrive, we typically coach clients over a series of four to six sessions of up to 90 minutes each, allowing them to experiment, generate feedback and reflect on actual experience whilst refining their approach in a way aligned with their organisation’s strategic objectives. We generally coach remotely via Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, but can conduct in-person sessions if preferred.
